Connect Your Ledger Hardware Wallet to IDEX

Step 1 - Connect Metamask to your

Unlock your Metamask

In Metamask select the icon on the top-right corner and then select Connect Hardware Wallet

Select Ledger and click continue

Important steps:

• Make sure that your Ledger is on the latest firmware.

• Under Settings, set the “Browser Support” and “Contract Data” options to “Yes”.

• Unlock your Ledger device using your pin code.

Then select the account you want and click unlock

Once you successfully connect your account, it will behave like any other MetaMask account, with the difference that you need to have your wallet plugged in for signing transactions or prompts.

Step 2 - Unlock Metamask

When your Ledger is already connected to your Metamask go to https://exchange.idex.io and click “Unlock Wallet” in the upper right-hand corner of IDEX

Then Select Software Wallet and click the Unlock button

Sign the transaction on your Metamask and then sign prompt in your Ledger device

Congratulations! You are signed into IDEX and can now deposit tokens. Once you have deposited you can start trading!
